Welcome to Sweet Tart Pastries, where every bite takes you on a journey back home. I am Rajni, the founder of this delightful establishment. 

 

Originally from Guyana, I embarked on a new chapter in the United States alongside my big beautiful Indian family. Growing up in a household brimming with love and appetites, I owe much of my success to God and my remarkable grandmother and mother, two indomitable forces in my life. Their resilience and support have paved the way for the blessed life I lead today.

 

The inception of Sweet Tart Pastries was rooted in the kitchen, born out of the need for stress relief during the challenging times  amidst the pandemic. What started as a simple outlet quickly blossomed into a fervent passion and a labor of love. After all, what better way to perpetuate love and preserve culture than through the universal language of food?
